There's nothing like grandparents

My parent's visit has sadly come to an end. We had such a great week, Boo LOVES Grandma and Grandpa. She threw pennies in the fountain with grandpa and ate apples everyday with grandma. She learned to bat her eyes at grandpa and go to grandma to get what mom wouldn't give her.

Grandpa built her a cardboard house and grandma played and played and played. We will miss them, but hopefully will see them again soon.

I had fun too. :) Mom and I went shopping and then I watched the Australian Open all week with Dad. More on that in another post.

  1. It is so fun to have family around. It looks like Brooke had a blast in her new house! I don't know what it is about cardboard but my kids love the houses and cars we have made for them out of cardboard. Looks like you all have had a great time!

  2. That house looks like fun! Is your dad available to make one for me, too? Your daughter is adorable!

  3. Andrea, I have a question for you. You always have links to things when your writing... how do you get that to come up? I have one on mine that I wanted as a link but couldn't do it. Any suggestions?

  4. Ashley - do you mean the links within the post? There is a hyperlink key on the tool bar of the post page - it kind of looks like the infinity sign from math. Highlight the part of the text (or picture) that you want to be the link, click on the link button and then type in or paste the web address that you want it to go to. I love linking:) Hope that works for you.

  6. Oh, I'm so dumb - Heres your answer... I get templates from searching for free templates or at pyzam.com If you need help let me know. You just change your settings in the html. Some you just erase the body and copy in new codes, others you copy in a whole new thing.
