I'm posting from home!
I made it home last night. So happy to leave that hospital behind for now. Boo will miss the 'alligators' (elevators), the fountains, and the gift shop full of stuffed animals. She loved to look in on the babies in the nursery. That's a good sign, right? One night she got to play with an enormous white dog that came through to visit patients. Doesn't get better than that.
So the plan is to stay in bed for the next month or so, and hopefully the baby will stay in and stay healthy. Thanks for all your comments and well wishes.
In honor of Boo's 'alligator' comment....Rent and watch "Bedtime Stories" while you are laid up. My family and Bland extended's loved it! (Not that that means or says much.) We laughed heartily throughout. Do it for the 'alligators'.

Glad to hear you made it home last night. You should have seen the little one trying to pull your husband out of the house to go see Mommy at the doctor! Let us know if you need ANYTHING AT ALL!
ReplyDeleteAll of my kids called elevators and escalators "alligators" as well. So cute! Glad to hear you're doing well. Oh, and I second "Bedtime Stories" It's such a great movie!!
ReplyDeleteI am glad you are home! What a crazy time. Sorry about all of the drugs. That is no good. It'll all be worth it (and OVER) by 8 weeks from now, right? you can do it!
