Hanukkah, Day 1! I was severely disappointed in my search for a menorah on the southside, so I ended up making my own. I managed to find everything I needed around the house, and was pleased with the result.
I couldn't muster the enthusiasm for potato latkes, so I went with the
cheese latkes instead. The girls loved them.
The girls loved lighting the candles, reciting the prayers, and opening their Hanukkah gifts each night.
